Overview

When you set up Facebook ads with "Click to message" goals, we will display these messages in Zaapi with a preview of the ad that the customer clicked on so that you have the full context of how to respond. If you click on the ad preview, it will open a full page window of the specific post in Facebook to help you understand more.


How to view and filter by ad source

Please note that after the Facebook ad has expired, the image of the ad will no longer be available in the chat and will display like the below:

We will also automatically assign two labels to this customer: messenger_ads to show that the enquiry came from an ad, and the specific ad_id of the ad that the customer clicked on. You can also set specific for these ad id's to track the number of customer enquiries from each source.
