Overview
Zaapi’s Global Inbox Search allows you to quickly find any customer conversation across your entire chat history. You can search using various criteria, including customer name, order number, notes, message content, or customer details such as phone number, address, or email. This ensures you can effortlessly locate the right conversation and continue assisting your customers without delay.

How to search your inbox
Open Search – Navigate to the side panel and click on the search icon.
Enter Your Search Query – Type in a customer name, order number, message content, or any relevant customer details (e.g., phone number, email, or address).
Review Search Results – A list of matching conversations will appear based on your search criteria.
Select the Conversation – Click on the desired chat to open it and continue your conversation seamlessly.
