How to connect
Steps to connect
Go to Settings > Integrations in Zaapi.
Click "Integrate Shopee".
Enter the details of your Shopee store.
Authorize the Shop Integration (ensure the authorization period is set to 365 days).
You will be redirected back to Zaapi.
You will be prompted to integrate Chat Integration.
Follow the same authorization steps as before and click Authorize.
Once completed, you will return to Zaapi, and your Shopee store will be connected.
