Step 2: Integrate messaging channels

Next, you'll want to integrate all of your messaging channels so that you can start receiving chats into your Zaapi inbox. To do this, go to app.zaapi.com, navigate to the Settings page, and then click the Integrations tab. From here, you can click each individual channel to get started.
