Step 3: Invite your team

Add your team members so they can start handling tickets in Zaapi.
Go to app.zaapi.com.
Open Settings → Team Management. You'll see a list of everyone currently on your account.
Click Add in the top right corner.
Enter the team member's name and email address.
Assign them to one or more Teams (if you've set them up) and choose which channels they can access.
Click to send the invite.
The team member will receive an email with a link to set up their password and log in at app.zaapi.com/login.
