# ทีม

### ภาพรวม

ทีมเป็นวิธีที่ดีในการจัดระเบียบแอดมินให้เป็นกลุ่ม จากนั้นสามารถใช้ทีมเหล่านี้กับระบบอัตโนมัติสำหรับการมอบหมายงาน และเพิ่มหรือลบเอเจนต์ออกจากทีมเหล่านี้ได้โดยไม่ต้องอัปเดตระบบอัตโนมัติด้วยตนเอง

### วิธีสร้างทีม

1. ไปที่ส่วน "Team Management" บนแพลตฟอร์มเว็บของ Zaapi
2. คลิกแท็บ "ทีม"
3. คลิก "สร้างทีมใหม่"
4. เพิ่มสมาชิกทีมลงในทีม
5. คลิกบันทึก
