Overview

Before deploying Zaapi’s AI Agent to handle real customer interactions, you can test it in a safe environment. This allows you to identify gaps in your knowledge base and refine the AI’s responses to ensure accuracy and consistency.

How to test your AI

  1. Go to the AI Agent Section – Navigate to the AI Agent tab in the side navigation.

  2. Click "Test AI" – This opens the AI testing environment.

  3. Enter a Sample Customer Message – Type a question or inquiry that a customer might ask.

  4. Click "Generate Response" – The AI will process the message and provide an answer.

  5. Assess the AI’s Response – Review the answer for accuracy, clarity, and helpfulness.

  6. Make Adjustments if Needed – If the response is incorrect or incomplete:

    • Update the Knowledge Sources with missing information.

    • Refine Scenarios to improve AI handling of specific situations.

  7. Repeat Testing – Continue testing different queries until the AI consistently provides accurate and useful responses.
