Step 1: Create an account

To get started, navigate to app.zaapi.com/register on a desktop computer.

We recommend registering on a desktop computer instead of a mobile device for the best onboarding experience. Some account creation functionality is not available on the mobile app or web browser on a mobile device.

Enter your mobile number, business name & email address and then click to register. You should receive a verification email with a link to verify your email address and create your account.

At this point, your 7 day free trial will begin. During this period, you will have full access to all functionality that Zaapi has to offer.

The next step is to integrate your chat channels!
