You can also use Zaapi on a mobile device to respond to chats on the go! The app is available on both the App Store & Google Play Store.

The mobile app complements the desktop web app by enabling your admins to respond to customers out of hours when there is limited access to a computer and as a result, some functionality available on the desktop app is not supported on the mobile app.
