Away Status

Overview

The Away Status feature enables admins to temporarily pause receiving new chats without having to adjust their work hours. When an admin sets their status to Away, they are immediately excluded from the new chat assignment queue.

This is the perfect tool for when you need to take a short break, step out for lunch, or are away on holiday. Team managers can also view a log of these status changes in the Team Management section to see how long admins have been unavailable.


How to set yourself Away

You can change your status in just a few clicks directly from your dashboard.

  1. In the top left corner of the screen, click your company logo

  2. From the dropdown, select the option "Set yourself as away". Your status will be updated immediately.


How to check the activity log

For managers and team leads, the activity log provides a clear history of all admin status changes. This helps you keep track of team availability and break durations.

  1. In the sidebar, navigate to the Settings and click the Team Management item.

  2. Select the Activity Log tab.

  3. Here, you will find a complete record of all status changes for your team members. The log shows which admin changed their status, what the new status is (e.g., Away, Active), and the timestamp for when the change occurred.
