Overview

The saved filters area is a great way to easily access the filters that you regularly interact with, and to customise your inbox in a way that suits your workflow.

Saved filters are currently only available on desktop


How to set up saved filters

There are a few ways to create a saved filter. You can either select the "+" icon in the side bar on the chats screen, or you can create a filter from the all inbox, and then click "Save" to save the filter to your favourites.

Don't forget to add an emoji to your filter!

Removing & deleting a saved filter

To remove a filter, you first need to click the 3 dots next to it and remove it from your favourites. You can then click to view all filters, click the 3 dots again and then select delete.

Please note that deleting a saved filter will delete it for all team members in your organisation.

All created filters will be visible to every team member in your organisation so that everyone has access to the same filters that are created. Saved filters are applicable only to your store, and will not appear in the favourites section of any other team member unless they also set them as a favourite.
