Another great feature Zaapi has is the ability to monitor your chat performance across all channels & integrations. You can view key metrics like average response time, missed chats etc. & even view breakdown by all individual admins on your team in the Analytics tab. Please note that the data will only be visible after you integrate your channels with Zaapi.
