Overview

You can also store key information for each customer in the customer information section in the chat. This can help your admins to better serve the customer in the future and to store all information in your Zaapi CRM.


How to add customer information

There are a range of different fields in the customer information tab:

Full Name

You can edit the customer name here which will update the customer name in the conversation. The specific username will also be visible in this section so that you can keep a reference if you need to find this customer in the native channel.

Phone Number

Here you can add the mobile number of the customer so that you can keep in your records for future orders. You can add only one mobile number at this time.

Email

Here you can add the email address of the customer so that you can keep in your records for future orders. You can add only one email address at this time.

Shipping Details

You can also add the customers shipping details to the record. You can add a maximum of 3 shipping details for each individual customer.

Note

Here you can write notes about this particular customer to share with other agents in your team. This can include specific details about the customer, or order numbers/IDs.
